Lead people programs that support licensed mortgage advisors and
operations staff. You will champion fair hiring, onboarding, and
performance practices aligned with regulatory expectations and

Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and role design.
- Oversee onboarding, policy updates, and employee relations.
- Coordinate training on compliance topics relevant to mortgage sales and processing.
- Maintain HR records and support audits as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience; mortgage or financial services preferred.
- Strong communicator with a calm, solutions-oriented style.
