1. Not a commitment to lend

Information on this website is for general educational purposes. It is not a loan approval, rate lock, or offer of credit. Any loan is subject to underwriting, property approval, and verification of your financial information.

2. Eligibility and accuracy

You agree to provide accurate information when you contact us or submit forms. We may decline service or discontinue communication if we suspect fraud, misrepresentation, or activity that violates applicable law.

3. Third parties

We may work with appraisers, title agents, insurers, and technology providers to complete a transaction. Those parties operate under their own contracts and policies. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we do not control their content.

4. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and design elements are owned by Freedom Finance or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute materials without prior written permission.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freedom Finance is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to the amount you paid us for services in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.

Approved applications are typically funded by the next business day. Applicants who submit a complete application before 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, may receive funds the same business day. The exact time when loan funds are available to you depends on your financial institution. Approval may be subject to additional verification. Failure to provide requested documentation promptly may delay funding.

Freedom Finance lending products and lines of credit are offered by Freedom Finance or through approved lending partners. Open and active loans and lines of credit are serviced according to your loan agreement and applicable disclosures.

In states where products are offered through a partner institution, underwriting, approval, and funding may be performed by that institution. Refer to the loan programs and Terms & Conditions for your state for more information.
