Keep loan manufacturing predictable: clear handoffs, accurate
documentation, and responsive communication between clients,
advisors, and third parties. You are the operational backbone of
the closing experience.
Responsibilities
- Monitor pipeline health and remove process bottlenecks.
- Partner with underwriting and closing teams on escalations.
- Implement quality checks and training for processors.
- Report on cycle times, SLA adherence, and client satisfaction signals.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of mortgage operations or fulfillment experience.
- Deep knowledge of disclosure timing, documentation, and closing workflows.
- Analytical mindset with empathy for clients under deadline pressure.
